(1) Before returning from Nepal ………., the leader of the mountain climbing team should personally attend the ministry for debriefing and submit a report related to mountain climbing in the format as per schedule-12.
(2) The leader of the mountaineering team shall prepare and submit to the Ministry a detailed pictorial report in English or Nepali language including a map of the route climbed by his mountaineering team within five months after the completion of the mountaineering expedition.
(3) When the mountaineer team submits a pictorial report according to sub-rule (2), the pictures of the respective Himalchuli taken along the route they climbed, the pictures of the various camps including the base camp, and if the climbing member took a picture while reaching the Himalchuli, one copy of such picture must be submitted to the Ministry.
(4) If any mountain climbing team publishes a book or booklet related to their mountain climbing after returning from mountain climbing, they must send two copies of such book or booklet to the Ministry. Must be submitted to the Ministry.
